Job Description

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating real estate contract documents for various properties based on the basic supporting information provided by Sales with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

  • Prepares, generates and verifies contracts and related closing documents accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Processes payments for various transactions while ensuring payment is made to the appropriate project.

  • Establishes and maintains the purchaser's file.

  • Processes and handles rescission/cancellation, as needed.

  • Obtains credit card authorizations and retrieve credit reports for all sales types, if applicable.

  • Generates end-of-day closing reports and financial closing sheets, as needed.

  • Works closely and maintain a professional relationship with the Client Relations department to obtain necessary documentation in order to complete contract files.

  • Carries out all other reasonable requests by management of which the associate is capable of performing.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 1 year of administrative/clerical experience.

  • Able to work a varying schedule including regular weekends and holidays.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle stressful situations with the highest integrity.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.

  • Contract preparation experience.

  • Familiarity with mortgage loan documentation, credit review and deeding.

  • Previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience.
