Imprimis Group, Inc. has partnered with a national retail merchandising company that currently has an open role for a Contract Recruiter in Irving, TX 6 MONTHS CONTRACT ROLE | ONSITE - IRVING, TX | $24-26/HOUR | GREAT CULTURE Requirements: MUST HAVE 2 years of sourcing or recruiting skilled trade positions MUST HAVE 2 years of construction industry experience - required Current experience and knowledge of employment law and hiring practices required Experience and proficiency using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems Demonstrated ability to fill positions within time to fill target, within budget and with a high degree of customer satisfaction Ability to work independently and be trusted to complete tasks with minimal supervision Willingness to recruit aggressively while adhering to ethical business practices Ability to collaborate with all management levels Adherence to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion Ability to work on and close multiple assignments concurrently and in a timely manner Main Duties (but not limited to): Supporting a team of recruiters with high volume requisition support for roles throughout the regions Focus on identifying strong diverse talent by designing and executing creative sourcing strategies. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify internal associates eligible for a transfer or promotion.

Conduct full life cycle recruiting including telephone and in person interviews. Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, the company business strategy, and department background and job descriptions. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices.

Provide insightful analysis of reports and make recommendations for improvements. Continually working on acquiring a higher level of knowledge and skills related to talent acquisition Maintain an open line of communication with internal managers and hiring challenges Assist with operational processes such as retention data and strategies, perform exit interviews, etc. Other duties and special projects as assigned.
