Qualifications
- Hardware management experience within ServiceNow.
- 3+ years experience with HAMPro, AssetTrack, dcTrack and other hardware management software.
- Experienced in Mainframe, Windows, Unix, Linux, datacenter, cloud, EC2 environments.
- Knowledge of Hardware Asset lifecycle from request to disposal.
- Knowledge of inventory process and controls including asset tagging and data cleansing.
Responsibilities
- Support the management and performance of IT Asset Management, and subsequently IT Service Management (ITSM), solutions that will effectively and efficiently support the strategic objectives and operational needs.
- Support the population and maintenance of the ServiceNow Software Hardware Management (HAM) Database.
- Provide services to the ITSM team and will be responsible for the day-to-day activities relating to hardware asset management, including procurement and onboarding documentation, asset tracking, auditing, and disposal, to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with the rest of the ServiceNow platform team, Configuration Management team, Discovery team, ITSM team and Software Asset Management (SAM) team members on various technical integrations.
