Approximately 20-hours per week preferred. Minimum pay $225.00 per hour. Monday through Friday, day shift hours between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Immediate and flexible start dates are available.

Job Description: Provide clinical services with a focus on medication management for adult and geriatric patient populations, collaborating with other health care providers in a multidisciplinary approach to care for patients within the scope of practice and within state/federal regulations. Clients may have a wide range of developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
