1-2 years min experience in cardiovascular ICU. Preferred skills: Immediate open heart recovery of CABG/valve surgeries, CRRT (Prismaflex), VA/VV ECMO, IABP (Maquet), Impella, HM3, Lumbar Drain/EVDs.
